First of the Show Rangers to be posted on here is one of my long time favorites, Anubis Cruger: S.P.D. Shadow Ranger.

When you break it down, for a kids show, Anubis Cruger was on another level entirely. One of the few characters in the series that has a very deep and personal backstory that when compared to other characters we've known in the series, outshines them in every way. Not only was his suit (of course giving credit to Dekaranger) one of the most badass looking, he's also in lore just one of the wisest fighters in Power Rangers as a whole. All of that combined leads to some really fun inspiration to make a render out of, using some of the posing techniques I use on Spider-Men, helped me get that flexible strong look I wanted. A fun character to make, reliving some childhood memories bringing him back to life in Blender.

Also side note, I'm not quite sure what drove them to name him "Shadow" Ranger. There's not much 'Shadow' as there is 'Ranger' and his color scheme isn't the first thing I'd think of when I think that name (It reminds me of Phantom Ranger from Turbo but that guy was solid Black and Silver). To be fair it is a hell of a lot better than if they tried copying Dekaranger and just named him Master Ranger or something.

TLDR, Power Rangers S.P.D. kinda slaps
