The focus is good, although it make you wonder what the black thing in the front is or says. the music sheet adds a nice touch, but it really doesn't tell you waht it exactly is trying to do with the peice. it doesn't quite make sense. What does the cannon camera cap have to do with the music? Perhaps an insterment or music stand. something more to do with the music, or maybe more to do with the camera? I like the difference in focus though, it brings your focus in on that one thing, in this case the lense cap, then spreads out to the music.
