Master Roshi, the Turtle Hermit, is a martial arts master renowned across Earth for his legendary feats. As a young man, Roshi trained under the martial arts master, Mutaito, along with Shen and Tao. After becoming a martial arts master in his own right, Roshi established the Turtle School of Martial Arts and took on Son Gohan and the Ox-King as his first students. He later taught Son Goku, Krillin and Yamcha as well. Master Roshi can be found at his home, the Kame House, on a remote island near the Southeast Islands.
