how the hell can raynor or any human for that matter fit in that suit? it is way too big, according to proportions, his hands can't reach the gloves same with his feet to his boots.

If you see in the intro where Tychus or wateve is getting suited up, the fingers are robotic, his hand in fact is deeper inside the suit. same for the feet and all that jazz.
