Stupid doodle of me with my OC and ol' Murdoc. They're a bit miffed that I plan on ending their story for now. I can't say it's the true END, but I think it's safe to say that the story has finally started to come to its natural conclusion. I have two final shorts planned. I may pop up with a new one here or there down the road, but once these two are finished, we prob won't hear from Hailey, Alec, Amy, Tess and Ben for a while.Hailey (C) me

Not a stupid doodle, D, but the inner discussion all writers have when deciding if enough's enough when it comes to a story. Some you know have run their course, others hang around in your mind, but in both cases, you have the freedom to always come back if the lure of doing so is too strong to resist.

I'm on the finale currently. About 4 or 5 pgs in. It's coming along a bit easier than I expected and the only real question at this point is where I plan to go from there. Alec's zombie spin off or the other fan fic I had started over a year ago? And another odd thing is that all these shorts have inspired thoughts of combining some into an original story of sorts. If I face the dreaded limbo again, it will be short lived.
