Hey y’all
Now listen, I know its march, don’t come for me I literally barely have enough time to breath in a day :’’’’D
bUt here I am with a hella late Christmas gift, which this time I was infact not able to complete in time for the holiday so this is a surprise all around. X’D but there’s still snow on the ground where I live so screw it! It works

This is for my girl merry surviving 2020 boo.

I bring ya Tadashi very enthusiastically taking Auden on a scooter ride through the disconcertingly snowy streets

And Auden pretty much gripping him for her dear frosty flustered life.

I had this drawing in WIP purgatory since October honestly but I re-sketched so many elements that it did not make it through the process in a timely matter. And in addition I had started it on my phone but once receiving my tablet I felt like it was worth redoing there as I still have a hard time gauging the quality jump DA takes with the art I’ve done on my phone ;;w;; and I didn’t fully line it yet sO I didn’t feel it was a huge loss to revamp it once again, though I probably delayed it longer than need be buT hey, I think the outcome is fair trade for the time.

So
as I’m sure I say a lot since it’s the way things normally go for me when it come to drawing, I had this idea in my head for awhile and was a little hesitant to commit with my eh less than satisfactory skills drawing vehicles and machinery, not to say I don’t draw them entirely but my attempts rarely make it up here XP though, To my surprise while it was challenging I actually had a bit of fun drawing Tadashi’s scooter here, not the first time I’ve drawn it but most definitely the best. I mean to be fair his moped isn’t all that unusual when you break it down but it’s not my forte so I’m content with what I made. ^^
Though admittedly I may have altered the size of the scooter subconsciously putting the both of ‘em on there but shh it’s my art, I do what I want X’D
including endangering the characters I love dearly, I know Auden would most likely never really wanna get on the scooty boy in these conditions but for the sake of cute, here we are :’)

and speaking of things I’m not great at nor fond of drawing but incidentally chose to draw here- backgrounds!
it only took most of my life but there’s a slight chance instead of looking like vague suggestions of what might be behind the foreground, my backgrounds are now gaining coherency, maybe
whatever the case might be I made this one from scratch and I think I like the outcome even though the motion blur is quite strong, so I’ll roll with that since it doesn’t happen often.

yes, is riding a moped through snowy/icy terrain at high speeds a completely terrible and stupid idea? Absolutely, is it illegal? No but having your kid brother sit on the detachable unit that is your scooter trunk is equally both of those things sO if you’re going to ask questions ask Disney first X’D
plus for all we know Tadashi’s probably got some kind of all terrain heightened-grip-won’t-kill-me-and-my-girlfriend tires so?? It’s probably fine, I’m sure, let the man have fun zipping around town with his gal :’’)
