Delete all the parts except the teeth and save it as a new file.

Finally she have teeth but I can't select just the teeth, I select all the mouth with the tongue (the tongue have a bone) so...

That can be tricky. You'll have to try and separate the teeth from the mouth. Unfortunately, I can't help you more than that because I haven't used MMD in over a year lol

Is the texture in the same folder as the pmd file?

Well, there could be a number of little things that are wrong...
Is the texture name exactly the same as what you wrote in pmd editor? you may want to double check the extension (.bmp, .png, .jpg, etc.)
Did you apply it to the right part of the model?
Is it written in the first box (texture) and not the second one (sphere)?
Sorry if these question seem a bit stupid...
Btw, what version of pmd editor are you using?
