What was that add advertising? Must have been a stopping sight, though .

It was advertizing a small cafe on the other side of the street. It definitely got people's attention.
Now, if it had been advertizing the Hard Rock Cafe, that would have been hilarious.

I was disturbed by how much that meteor looked like a boulder...
Then I realized it was a boulder.
The world once again makes sense.

It's a real bolder on a real car - staged as an ad for the cafe across the street.

Interesting. I would've thought a meteor would be travelling so fast that it would go straight through the car into the ground or something

A meteor that size that actually impacted from space would have wiped out the entire parking lot and probably most of the block.

a meteor of that size .... there would nothing in 500m or so. Meteors are 70 km/s fast and by this size I can think of much more!!!!! Moreover if this is a meteor, the stone would not be longer there because by this size you never must working again when you sell it... But it's still a great shoot

Very cool :3
A creative add!
I can't help but note though, that it is very obvious. A meteor of that size would have had enough energy on impact to obliterate everything in the picture. Half-crushing the car is about what happened when someone gently set it on top.

Yes, there would be a huge crater for sure andΒ nothing left of anything for quite some distance around. Still, it was obviously set up to look like that huge stone had just fallen out of the sky and landed on that car. I thought it was pretty funny - and it certainly attracted a lot of attention from passers-by.

Look on the bright side...the amount of money a museum would pay for that meteorite should cover the cost of the car
