Fubuki is a young, innocent, carefree child at heart, despite her age. She is always upbeat and cheerful, looking for fun things to do, places to go, and friends to make. However, her carefree nature can sometimes get her into unexpected trouble. She cares greatly for both Hakuryu and her sister, Shimakaze, though she feels she can do without her sister's stern, overprotective nature.
