Speaking of theΒ Lionel N&W 612, I used to have a Bachmann model of #612! Named him Caval, after the Cavalier. I had him for years but one day, he broke down, something up with his motor. Bachmann tried to fix him, but it was no good. Caval became a donation engine, giving parts to other models. At least he died doing a good deed.
