Utsuho Reiuji, my 2nd favorite girl for 3 three reasons. One, she has nuclear power, two, her theme song is awesome and three, I like long,black haired girls.She is also fun to fight. This is my first full color pic except her skin, whenever I color skin it looks like jaundice so I leave 'em pale. The wings are rather badly drawn -_- The background I made is trying to look like the game.

Me: Oh, the final boss is pretty cute
Okuu: Will you fuse with me?
Me: Well that doesn't sound bad at all.
