Wow, this is incredible! Great pose & composition, but that aside, if I could only see the legs and hands, I couldn't tell whether this is a render or a photo. I mean, not at all. (The hair gives it away, but it's great hair. Other (rather weak) hints I found are the glass ware and the glossy apples. And that the floor is so perfectly clean. That's all.
