Getting a definitive release date for the Resident Evil 2 remake was definitely the highlight of E3 for me, hands down. I could gush about how much I love Resident Evil all day, but I'll spare you the details and just say it's probably my favorite gaming franchise. Resi4 might be my favorite gameplay-wise, but Resi2 has my favorite story out of the series, cheese and all. Seeing that the remake is basically the lovechild of the two? Oh my god, I cried. I'm definitely riding the hype train. Resident Evil was a big part of my childhood, and I can't wait to re-experience one of my favorites of the series. I hope it's as fun and gross and gory as when I played the original when I was eleven.
So of course, I had to do a little doodle the night of the announcement. Maybe I'll even doodle up the rest of the cast, but I had to draw the Best Boy™ first and foremost.
It's been 20 years, and he's still rocking that emo fringe cut. Never change, Leon. You're doing amazing, sweetie!!!!

Paypal. Always paypal. Ask me for my email via note.
To get put on my list, I ask for a small percentage of the full commission's price, normally $3 - $5 USD, depending on how much the piece costs. I ask for 50% before I start the sketch, and the rest of the payment can be sent before I start coloring. This way I don't have to worry about holding onto someone's money while I work on other commissions.
All prices are in USD, but if you'd like me to convert the price to a different currency, I'd be more than happy to.

Honestly I had hoped they’d bring back his red-brown hair but I’m not too bothered with the change! There’s a bunch of changes already that I’m not too fond of but I’m keeping optimistic ;w;

I've always preferred his dirty blonde look, personally. Maybe because I played Resi4 first... I might be biased!
So far I'm fine with the changes, as much as I like the cheesiness of the original, it's going to be neat to see an inherently dark story be covered and remade in a more serious manner. I also really enjoyed the RE engine in Resi7, so I'm looking forward to Resi2 get a similar treatment. That's just me, though. I hope you enjoy it when it comes out!
