I just can't do nutshell things that well. But some flipnotes are pretty messed up.

Eh, close enough.
You're right, some flipnotes are messed up like heck. For example, Sudomemo, the Flipnote Hatena server I always post flipnotes on nowadays, has people posting flipnotes for users 13 or older or 18 or older, even though there's a rule saying mature content isn't allowed on Sudomemo, even if it's clearly stated that the flipnote is for older viewers only.
