So I have decided to try doing requests. But no not drawing requests. Writing requests.
I want to expand my writing abilities and learn and adapt and get better, and the best way to do this is to write. And I do write, i'm working on a debut novel right now. But I need to write more, and I think the best way to do this and learn is to write for other people! Since I don't think i'm skilled enough to do comissions yet I feel that Requests are a good way to start. So if you want this nerd to write something for you, be it a fanfiction idea that you have in your head but can't put to words, or an original idea for a short story, comic or visual novel or anything, then leave a comment here and I will try my best to do it for you!
Fair warning, I will try to work to a deadline of 0.5-1 month from accepting a request but depending on my work load and length of the piece it could take longer.
If I accept your request I will probably write you a note asking for additional information so look out for that.
- .Do's. -
- Fan-Fiction (Literary fiction from pretty much any fandom)
- Original Fiction (Literary fiction of your own design, can be in the real world or your own crafted world. Keep in mind if it's your own world you will need to supply references and details about the world and be prepared for me to ask for more information. No I will not create your own world for you. It's not that hard and can be really fun to create your own world.)
- Crossover Fiction (Literary fiction including two or more fandom's characters and/or original characters that takes place in one or more of the following: A fandom's universe, Our universe, An original universe (See Original Fiction for details))
- Alternate Universe Fiction (Literary fiction including exactly one fandom's characters in one or more of the following: Another fandom's universe (but not including that fandom's characters), Our universe, An original universe (See Original Fiction for details))
- NSFW (Literary work that involves 18+ themes including but not limited to: Gore, Strong Violence and/or Nudity. Please keep in mind that depending on how strong the theme is depends if I will write it or not. No I will probably not write you blatant smut there are other websites for that)
x .Don'ts. x
- Any type of work including the following themes: Suicide, Self-Harm, Child Abuse. (This means directly showing it. If it is suggested that a character did some of these but is not actually shown doing them then I may consider it. If you want your request to include any of these then please send your request to me by note)
- Any type of work including NSFW content involving minors. (Yes this means the character must be at least 18 for them to be shredded to pieces with a sword ;3 though depending on the severity I may give a little leeway to that.)
~ .Guidelines. ~
- I have the right to refuse any requests without explanation.
- I am not responsible if your commission doesn't turn out how you wanted when I stated it was not one of my strong points.
- I plan to post every request I get (once finished) to this DeviantArt. I will only post the requester's name in the description if they are okay with that (if not please say in your request and I will also remove your request(whether I accept it or not)). If your request includes NSFW content then yes of course it will be posted with a Mature Filter. If you really, really don't want me to post your work because it includes your original characters or world then I won't, however fanfiction will definitely be posted even if it has one to three original characters.
- On that note. I retain copyright of the actual writing however characters and locations are copyright of their original owners.
- You may not repost my work anywhere without my written permission.
- I have the right to cancel any requests for any reason no matter how much of it is complete. I may still post the incomplete work. The reason for which I have cancelled a request will be given.
- Strong Points: Read my work and decide for yourself.
- Weak Points: Mostly combat, I can do it but it takes me a LONG time to motivate myself to do so.
