So I've run into a bit of a problem

I made the character but when I try to take a screenshot of the character. It doesn't seem to work.

Oh. Don't do a screen shot. In the wrench tab. There is a button that says JPG with a camera icon next to it. Press that.

That's what I did. I used the icon to take a JPG but when I went to the folder I set to save it, the folder was empty.
