If only the Dragonborn had listened more carefully to Alduins words when he rose the dragons back to life, think of how useful that Thu'um would have been.
All the people the butcher killed in Windhelm could be brought back, the young couple that ran away to elope only to be killed by a (leveled creature), the population of Helgen restored, and of course falkreath would be the happiest place in Skyrim
But alas... that Thu'um dies with Alduin
