Is it even allowed to sell this models since they are rebuilt from original existing game models?

The only way that wouldn't be allowed is if I ripped these models directly from the game. Because these models are built completely from scratch, it is fine to sell, even if the characters themselves are from a copyrighted entity. The content being presented is transformative enough and provides different value from the actual game itself that it would likely fall under the law of "fair use." In fact, if you look at Turbosquid, I would say almost half of what is sold there is custom character models based on copyrighted characters.
If something like that was illegal, then it would also be similarly illegal for people at Comic Con booths to sell their paintings, mugs, props, cosplay costumes, etc. that are all based on copyrighted fictional properties.

Oh HECK YEAH! He was my favorite villain. Everyone likes kh 2 the best but i always liked 1 the best out of all of them. We'll have to see how 3 does

KH 2 has good gameplay but I would have to say that KH1 has the less messier story.

Yeah, people don't really talk about KH1 all that much, but I honestly prefer it over 2.
Personally, Birth by Sleep is my favorite game in the series, but that's a whole other point. (although, you do fight the Guardian in that game too, so I guess it's relevant)

True, funny thing is I thought I was going to hate Birth by Sleep but i ended up liking it. Story was actually really good.
