Peach has finally helped Daisy's get her moveset down, and she's ready to participate in Smash Bros.! But, uh-oh, looks like the princesses are developing a rivalry over who's got the better booty bump. Guess there's only one way to settle this...
Turns out I really like making GMod comics! They're relatively easier to do than a drawing, and I can do some pretty crazy stuff with the models if I put my mind to it! And I don't have to constantly look at a reference to get a pose right - I can just get it looking natural with enough effort! Also I'm really digging how I managed to get Peach to look all smug in that second panel. She pulls it off real well
Also, who do you think will win? Peach's posterior? Daisy's derriere? Or will they be evenly matched? PLACE YOUR BETS, FOLKS, PLACE YOUR BETS!

If I had to guess, I'd say Daisy would win out in terms of physical strength, but Peach would likely have something like a somewhat longer range or something. So overall they're equal, but they have different strengths.

Someone needs to tell them that this makes no sense at all because their moves and stats are SUPPOSED to be exactly the same.
...So the two of them can gang up on said person, of course.

I don't think it was confirmed they were identical, only that Daisy would fight similar to Peach. I would suppose Daisy would have slighty different stats and properties to her moves, like Lucina has differences with Marth.
...but yeah, that would probably be exactly what would happen

I thought that it was confirmed that she was an "Echo" Fighter which will be a new type that is nearly identical to another fighter with maybe only subtle changes to things like recovery frames and attack timing.

Yeah, she was. But with some Echo Fighters, their moves might also have different properties, like how Lucina's sword doesn't have a "sweet spot" on the tip that does more damage. And also how Dark Pit has a different Final Smash and Side B to Pit. So it'll be safe to assume that Daisy will have some differences to Peach in her moves, if not many.

Ahhh but here's the thing. Lucina and Dark Pit AREN'T "Echo Fighters." They're 2 of the fighters that INSPIRED the Echo Fighters idea to make the differences even less pronounced. At least how I understand it. "Echo Fighter" is a completely new term so I think it's safeR to assume they're NOT just doing what they did before with those two.

I guess, but considering they're treating Daisy the same way as those characters, I highly doubt they wouldn't give her some differences. I dunno, it seems a bit cynical to me to expect that they wouldn't, considering that even Dark Pit has some slight differences from Pit. I don't think we're interpreting the terms the same way, myself.
