I don't really vibe with this design, like I understand they wanted to preserve her silhouette but I don't care for the big skirt. I do like that she hasn't started wearing glasses again after the end of the series, it really lets the viewer know immediately that she's not going to be a passive object this time around, she's going to be a more active participant in her own fate.
Anthy is so complicated, I love her and I hate her but she's a traumatised child and I won't pretend that I don't understand where she's coming from with everything she does thorough the series and movie. I haven't read the light novels though, maybe she does something unforgivable there, but y'know, given my expressed fondness for villains I feel like I should mention the only truly unforgivable thing a fictional character can do is be boring.
