Sodipodi I seem to be obsessed with red, black, yellow and orange lately...All my original artwork has disappeared. This tiny little preview image is all I have left of the fire.rose. Apologies for the small size. The print is not this small

i think the best part of this is the teeny flame on the top of the rose. instead of repeating all of these lovely comments i'll just leave you with a

This is probably my favourite deviation EVER. Its got the perfect blend of simplicity, colour, shape, everything. Just beautiful.

i have seen a similar piece here on DA, they said theirs was inspired by a song (tho I don't remember the name and title) how'bout yours? either way it's good work, well done and keep it up

It wasn't inspired by anything really. Over December, my computer at work had a hard-drive failure and it being so close to Christmas, the IT staff had already gone on holiday so I was forced to work in the noisy and bloody cold computer room. All by myself. I got bored and started playing around with Sodipodi, just started doodling and both roses came out of that, as well as a few other pieces that I've since taken out of my gallery.
