The corridor is 'Saros 7 Holodeck and Projection (Dreamlight/SP-Models)' on sale at [link]
And for the software, the scene setup is done in Daz Studio 4 and all the rest (materials, lighting, POV, ...) in Octane Render. I used gimp only for resizing and adding the signature, no postwork.
