Description
Shot of Triple Falls in the Columbia Gorge. The hike to the falls is about 2.5 miles of steep trail (but great views on the way).If you look close at the fallen log at the top of the falls, you can see a faint white rope. A pair of hikers climbed down the face of the falls and then disconnected. How they got out we never did find out considering the stream goes over a couple more water falls.

How high are the falls? I'm just curious; the angle of the picture doesn't make them look very high.

It's relatively high, but not extremely high, especially compared to other falls in the area. That's shot from above on an outcropping from the main trail.
