Thundervalley requested this. Not my favorite pairing,but I kinda like them.(BTW, I'm not sure about all the rules and laws in other countries,but generally in the USA she would have to be 18. I know in my state, New York, I think she only needs to be 17)

no. it's pedophilia when there is a difference of 6 or more years, and when at least 1 person is still a minor
21 and 29 are both older than 18, so not minor, so allowed

Ah, the rules in my state (New York) are similar, but I believe 17 and 23 would be illegal.
However, where I come from it is only considered pedophilia is the perpetrator is 16 or older and the victim is 13 or younger, but of course there are other things to take into consideration. Like I know a 19 year old who got arrested for being with a 15 year old. That is statutory rape, though, not considered pedophilia. It depends, the laws are weird and different everywhere.
