Been watching fan reactions of The Flash TV show and remembered how much I enjoyed the twist in season 2 where (spoilers) the fake Jay Garrick turned put to be zoom. It got me thinking, "What if Eobard Thawne became obsessed with Jay Garrick instead of Barry Allen?" So he's a reverse of the golden age Flash instead.
