This guy got his name based of the idea of castling in chess, where the rook and king pieces switch places. His gauntlets can fire a ray, and when it hits someone he physical switches places with them. While he's otherwise a normal if physically gifted human, his Tactical awareness allows him to quickly teleport himself and opponents in rapid succession so they end up taking themselves out.
