After a while Derek got restless and headed downstairs to the living room.

Derek walked into his room dragging his feet on the ground. He slumped onto his bed and stuffed his face into his pillow, his pencil and notebook falling to the ground.

Katie shook her head. "He think he has it bad..." She muttered, and followed him to apologize.

"NO, CONSIDERING SHE DIED BEFORE SHE EVER HAD THE CHANCE TO!" he retorted. Then he quickly picked up his notebook and pencil and stormed out of the room. He couldn't care less what she did in there. Not like he had any personal items to care about.

Katie cringed at the pain. "HASNT YOUR MOTHER TOLD YOU TO NEVER HIT A GIRL?" She screeched and kicked him in the a-s.

"I COULD ASK YOU THE SAME QUESTION!" he said punching her right back. "NOW GET OUT!"

Katie's fisted balled up and she punched him in the face. "YOU A-- HOLE! RUIN THE WORST DAY EVER! WHY AM I NEVER THE ONLY ONE WHO STAYS HOME? WHY TODAY DID YOU HAVE TO STAY HOME TO?!"

Derek shot straight up, his pencil and notebook clattering to the ground. "Get the h--l outta my room!" he shouted.

Katie instantly got outraged. She really wanted to look through this guys crap. She yanked the blanket off his bed and threw it to the ground.

Derek glanced up for a moment then brought his gaze back to his sketch and continued to add more detail. "What does it look like?" he said.

Katie quickly pulled the door open and stomped inside. She was completely surprised to see Derek skipped school also. "HOLY F--K! WHAT THE H--L ARE YOU DOING?" She screeched.

Derek woke up, blinking his eyes open. He stared at the ceiling for a few minutes then reached under his bed to pull out his phone. It was already time to start walking to the school house. He sighed and sat up. He ran his fingers through his hair. Today just seemed like a REALLY off day for him. He usually hated every day anyways but he got hardly any sleep the night before. Derek brought his legs up on the bed and sat with them crisscrossed. He pulled his sketching book out form under his bed and started sketching a detailed city scene. He would just skip school today. It wouldn't matter much anymore anyways. His record was already ruined.
