I notice that since this is a solid and rather linear cast, I am curious if it is difficult to remove from the mold, and if the fiberglass cast is rather heavy?

I've made gun foam and fibreglass versions from this. With foam you mix it first, pour it into each side then slam it shut and clamp it. With fibregalss, it's just a case of laying up each side nice and neat then mixing a chop-strand paste and covering the seam on both sides, then same thing, slam it and clamp it. It leaves a bit of a seam to trim but not too much.

It's a monster, I can't move it by myself, so far it's nearly put my back out and trapped a finger.

This is an amazing way to mold, never seen it before but it looks flawless.
