*yay* something new from you. I'm looking at this and the more I look at it the more I like it. Which is probably a good thing I think it works really well, maybe a more dramatic sky could draw the viewer more into the shot, but that's just a suggestion. Nice shot

In that case ... yes ... another tree might be easier But it's the overall effect that matters, another tree might give a better effect and vica versa.

Very nice composition, really like how the bottom part coincide with the border, only thing that caught my eye is the lack of sharp in the trees, that's a pity with a composition like this one.
