Maybe it was just the way Kyle looks in general. My mother once said about Kyle "He's like a prince, but only in that he should have been smothered at birth."

Once she saw a picture of Kyle as a child and simply said "God. What happened?"

We passed both on to Kyle and he had a hearty chuckle. Maybe he was crying on the inside.
