Blender 2.78a Creature Tutorial from CG Cookie, and the the texture used is from the CMV. Still need to work the UV map for better results on the skin/scales and possibly add some grunge to it to add to it. Maybe even try opening the mouth and may reposition the HDRi to get the sun on the creatures face a bit more than it is now.
