Trent Reznor of the band Nine Inch NailsAre any of my watchers or friends out there fellow NIИ fans (or even know who this is)? If you're not familiar, Reznor's also one of the guys who did the scores to The Social Network (for which they won an Academy Award) and the American version of The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.
Contrary to what I'm sure a lot of people who have watched my work for any time may believe, I listen to a lot of other music in addition to musical theater. I'm not sure if it's possible to overstate how much I love this band. They're releasing a new album and touring again after what was suppossed to be their farewell tour a few years ago and I'm so pumped I can hardly stand it.

Great picture! I love the lighting.... and though this might sound weird, I am a bit jealous on how well you can draw someone from sideview with an open mouth! Lol! I don't know why but that is a very difficult thing for me to do! Haha!

I LOVE the Immigrant Song cover that he mixed with Karen O for Girl with the Dragon Tattoo! One of the few covers that I like more than the original and I'm always willing to let Rolling Stones fans take a hit at me for it because I love it that much. It fits the movie so well. Of all the choices that were made for the remake, that song was the best one.
I didn't know they were going back on tour! First Fall Out Boy gets back together, now NIN! Mind you, I'm not a big fan of the new FOB album so I'm really hoping Reznor and co do a far better job

I thought NIN's Immigrant Song cover was great too. Trent and Atticus' modern grittiness and Karen's primal but still feminine vocals were absolutely perfect for a film like Dragon Tattoo.

I think this is very beautiful. I really like how you can see the brushstrokes a little bit here – I've always liked paintings where you can see them, traditional or digital! Also, love the colours!

I think I've heard the name of the band before but I'm not sure... Which genre of music do they play?

The most basic/generic answer for this band would be industrial rock. But he's dabbled in everything from metal earlier in his career to electronica/dance to some of his more recent stuff that's kind of ambient. I guess he's a versatile guy.
