Kongs based on speculative evolution. This considers Kongs as evolved from marmoset type platyrrhine monkeys stranded on the island and left to evolve into giants.The male spends life circling the family group territory, and designed for fighting. But females are browsers and built to walk long distance or sleep standing up. The baby (Mighty Joe) spend their lives with their mothers until adulthood.
