I'm loving this a lot. It captures the motion, both of the horses and the snow. It really gives off the feeling that the horses are extra playful in the snow.
Literally the only thing I can think to criticize is that there's no space to the left of the tree. A little bit of space there, moving the tree just a tad towards the centre, would make it look more balanced. I think.

I think the black & white adds to the "feel" of this photo 
I love how the everything except for the horses are almost completely white, and how the horses are "in action"
