In The Fourth Closet, Baby is the fourth version of Charlie, the robotic replacement for Charlotte because Henry went insane. In the games, the human Charlotte possesses the Puppet who gets trapped inside of Lefty. (This also explains Baby's brown hair in the "making of Baby" images and why she's left handed. It also explains why Baby is so unique compared to all the other FNAF SL animatronics aside from Ballora who, at the moment, is unexplainable.)
