Description

This was supposed to be my entry for Character Design Challenge, but due to exam session I didn't manage to finish it in time for challenge. The theme was 'dino racer' so I figured out dino flat racing team'd be just what's needed. Meet representants of a long-forgotten barn who showed up out of a blue - a very stoic jockey who hardly ever feels the need to say anything and a unique black Utahraptor. She's a result of many generations selective breeding, so she's slimmer, lighter and better suited to run than a wild variety. Big size and powerful legs give her an advantage in term of acceleration, so depite being a literal dark horse of a race she's a competitor one should look out for.

I haven't drawn a dinosaur in ages! it was a nice opportunity. I went for a little artistic freedom in terms of anatomy so it isn't really a 100% scientifically correct reconstruction XD
