I was watching ChuggaaConroy's Emerald LP, and saw the NPC's quote, and decided to make this as a result. Also, there seems to be a secret hidden among the stars. :3

For those who do not know about Sootopolis City and/or have not played Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald, Sootopolis City was built in the crater of an underwater volcano that had emerged after many eruptions, then filled with rainwater. It's split into two halves, is best known for the Cave of Origin, and has its Gym set on an island in the middle of the city.
