Build: A flat hip and slightly twisted knees make Poi a bit inelegant and awkward to look at, but she has impressive muscles for a broodmare which could add girth and substance to a stallion pairing. She's a stocky mare and can take coverings easily from multiple height types, leading to a wide range of opportunities for her as a broodmare.
Temperament: Poi is a bit temperamental, lashing out at other broodmares with her teeth when they get too close. She is grumpy when around others but pouts even more when she's alone. She makes for a good mother, though, and has strong maternal instincts toward her foals.

Background Story

The bloodlines coursing through this mare are a bit too irresistible to pass up, and Lia was no exception when she learned that one of Greek Fire's foals was up for sale. While a bit awkward looking, the mare has a decent temperament and still has a good decade of breeding left in her. The foals she has already dropped have good temperaments as well and seem to be well-made both in the body and in the mind. It is BCC's hope that Poi will give some of their leaner stallions some girth in their foals while the stallions give them better lines and more talent.
