Done in prismacolors for a surrealism project. I really enjoy hearts, and this started out as a more technical piece that grew in meaning as I thought it out and worked on it. It IS surrealism, so I left it vague so that it could be interpreted in a number of ways, but to me, it expresses people like myself who care so much about others that they struggle to ever prioritize their own needs.
