Well, he DOES look a ton like Castiel, but I actually thought of and drew him long before I even knew what Supernatural was (yeah I'm really behind on popular tv). He was meant to be the physical manifestation of a character's guardian angel, but strangely became more like a character of his own.
This could be finished but HANDS
