AKA, Reverse Drakkon, AKA, Dr.O. When Drakkon's forces invaded the Dino Thunder Era and stole Tommy, Connor and Ethan's Dino Morphers and Tommy's Red Zeonizer crystal, Dr. O took it upon himself to get them back. Recruiting Alpha 5 and Ninjor to help him restore his old powers. With help from Kira and Trent, Tommy managed to rechage his Green Ranger coin before infusing it with the power from his broken White Tiger coin and his reawakened Ninjette abilities with Alpha and Ninjor using the Sword of Light to transfer the power into the Green Draggon coin. Later, after seeing Lord Drakkon had infused himself with the powet of the Samurai team and his younger Zeo self, Dr. O managed to reaquire his, Connor's and Ethan's Dinomorphers and his Zeonizer crytal and tricked Finister 5 into infusing both his own Zeonizer Crystal and Dino Gem into his power set using a holographic disguise. Finister 5 soon realized the deception, but now Dr. O was far too powerful and quickly overwhelmed the Ranger Troopers with his combined powers and Super Dino Mode before slipping out using his invisibility abilities. However he soon found himself in the wrong splintered era, coming face to face with a teen Jason Scott along with Lauren Shiba {Samurai Red 2} and Jen Scotts {Timeforce Pink}

I came up withg the idea after seeing what Drakkon was up to and figured if Dr. O was still alive he wouldn't take this laying down. Each one of these is an evolution of Dr. O's combined powers, the first two being his initial form, the second after training with Ninjor to restore his Ninjette powers and infuse them into his power set. The third set is after tricking Finister 5 into performing a power transfer to him using his Dino Gem and his Zeonizer Crystal.And yes, that is the Brachio Staff head on the Dragon Dagger at the end. I got the name from the fact Tommy is a scientist in Dino Thunder and Ryuuranger and Kibaranger from Dairanger. Ryuu meaning Dragon and Kiba meaning Tiger, so Dr. Dragon Tiger. I thought it was bad ass. The symbol is based on the custom Legacy Coin created by Starlight Studios, shown here: fav.me/dc9dhv7
