Description
Using the power of Kaito's K-Touch, Drakkon evolves further into Drakend Complete!{With Eternal replacing Skull as the final Rider.} As the battle between his minions facing both Rangers and Riders from across the Tokusatsu Multiverse, Drakkon is taken off guard by Prime Universe Rita, Zordon and Cruger, the first of whom embeds the Green Candle into his armor, destabilizing the core of his powers. After being saved by Finister 5, he then kills his loyal servant in an act of "mercy" before fusing all the stolen powers into his own and enters the Morphing Grid, defeating both The Emissaries and The Arbiter before using the Heart of the Master to erase reality and create his own. It's only with combined aid from Decade and Gaim that the Rangers and Riders survive. Inside the Grid, because of Coinless World's Kimberley interfering in future events, Prime Timeline Tommy is able to resurrect himself as well as a number of Rangers and Riders slain by Drakkon. After finally defeating Drakkon are both Rangers and Riders able to restore the Multiverse and undo most of the damages done by Lord Drakkon. However this also creates the possibility of Drakkon returning, making Decade more vigilant about defending the realms of Tokusatsu than ever.
