First off I'd like to thank for the lightning strike, she's been a huge help for me
Here we have Pinkie Pie doing some random stuff by breaking the 4th wall and Deadpool being annoyed by it, now don't get me wrong I LOVE Pinkie Pie, hell she make MLP more fun!
, but when it comes to the 4th wall only Deadpool can be there to make a mess of things , I mostly got to make this by reading this comic

As the sun begins to rise over the distant hills of the wind-sweep Arizona desert a lone figure makes his way to the middle of an old timely western town. His spurs rattling as he walks, his ten gallon cowboy hat shades half his face, and his shin length black leather jacket conceals his dual six shot revolvers. In the middle of his belt was a silver belt buckle, just large enough to read "Sakugen", he made his way to the center of town, between the Saloon, Sheriff's office and Town Hall. He turned to face the entrance into town, waiting for his opponent.

Did you know that the term "breaking the fourth wall" does not refer to breaking the panel boundaries, but to acknowledge the audience? When Pinkie Pie breaks the fourth wall in the TV-series it is not because she's bouncing around breaking the laws of reality but because she's looking at, or even speaking to, the viewer.
I highly recommend reading the webcomic "1/0" (pronounced "one over zero"). In it the act of breaking the fourth wall is a recurring topic and even propagator of the main storyline as the comic artist is constantly communicating with the characters. At one point one of the characters becomes "afflicted with a case of fourth wall", so to say, as he becomes completely unable to see or hear the artist.
