Personality:
A calm and collected individual, Cairo handles most situations that would induce terror and fear in the average person with a controlled ease. In most cases, even genuine surprise and happiness, her reactions are subdued. Her conduct is very business-like, however she isn't incapable of a bit a humor, good natured and not. Despite appearing detached and cold, she cares deeply for the people under her command, Willing to go to great lengths to help them or avenge them if necessary
Cairo is fearless, has been since she was a child, and has carried this trait with her into adulthood. There is an intimidating and domineering air about her. This fearlessness does not stop at humans either, for she challenges incredibly powerful Digimon and speaks to them as equals
Cairo cares about the Digital world and wants to keep it safe. She is responsible, usually reasonable, however her calm demeanor can give way to bouts of rage at times. She will not tolerate her orders being ignored without justifiable cause; meeting an and all challenges to her authority with the force needed to subdue it. Cairo, though serious and stoic, isn't hard-hearted or unfeeling. She hates the Chaos that has begun to sprout up in the digital world in absence of the Royal Knights and can't stand to see it crumble to madness.
History:
Her life as a tamer began when she was just 10. Cairo had gotten lost running what should have been a quick errand for her mother. She was only supposed to run to the store and back, but stumbled upon a DigiVice. Instantly she was sucked into the digital world and met with her new partner for life, Paomon. When she eventually made her way back home, it took quite some explaining for her mother to let her keep her new ‘pet’. Once Cairo had tasted adventure, she was hooked. Much of her life was spent popping back between the real world and the Digital one, meeting other Tamers, making friends and enemies. As Tamers are often dealt, there were some dangers in which Cairo and her partner faced impossible odds but refused to give up. Through her life, Cairo built a sturdy reputation for herself in both worlds, as a brave Hero in the digital world and a respected police captain in the human world.
In recent years, her visits to the digital world were becoming few and far between, as Police work was beginning to take up much of her time… that is until the Royal Knights Disappeared. When Cairo noticed that the Digital world was without its protectors, she feared that chaos and anarchy may spring about in their absence. Cairo made a choice, leaving the human world behind for a while to go and found the Digital Security Network (DSN for Short) and collected the best people she could find to build it up.
Extra:
Cairo smokes Cigars almost constantly, she is never without a lit cigar or a stash on her person. Should the event arise that she is without a cigar, she tends to be quite… cranky. Its best to just to avoid that situation if possible.
Cairo, when not bogged down with paperwork, likes to walk the Base and can frequently be found wandering its halls
She wears a Hijab for religious reasons and will never remove it in public. It is deeply insulting should someone try to forcibly remove it from her head.
Like pop music but will never admit it
Cairo, Like Witchmon, has ‘Administrator’ privileges over all OmniVice and has the ability to shut them down in the event a Tamer is misusing their power.
