Was piddlin around with two of the best bootCDs out there and finally found a way to mostly combine them to one. Then installed it on an external hard drive.Also removed all the crap I don't use to save some space... Hiren's is loaded with old outdated (for XP only stuff, etc), and just pure useless stuff... all that got the boot. I kept about 100 megs worth of the rest.
Total size after completion for the entire thing is 240megs.
Not bad considering it has a full Windows 7 Live on there with outstanding driver support and almost every app you would ever need to repair a PC from scratch.
