obviously vegeta wins, i just did it because i didnt know what to do xD.......... its done in pen, i did some outline with pencil but most of it was only pen, lucky i didnt make mistakes cause i cant use eraser for penvegeta actually looks bigger than batman, my bad as i said i wasnt planing on drawing them but in the end i just drew characters i knew

Yes, but we don't neccisarilly know what kind of fight this is. Vegeta is the type to be playing aroumd with his opponents that turn out to be weaker than him. Like with Semi-Perfect Cell, he heard how much of a threat he was and Vegeta was just beating Cell like a rag doll for I don't know how many episodes. Vegeta hears about how Batman is supposibly taken the title of, "Most Dangerous Man on the Planet." Vegeta notices that Batman isn't even at meta-human level, and keeps missing around with Batman as Bats tries to fight back. And probably Batman already had enough time to study Vegeta and his saiyan phisiology. Hence, finding an achiles heel.

like what? there's no way for a human to remotely harm a Saiyan, the most damage Batman could do to Vegeta is with a rocket launcher and that would merely bruise the prince

There are other ways wars have been fought. Batman has access to many of the most dealiest tozens in the known universe. Not the world. THE UNIVERSE. Thanks to having friends that spend alot of time in space and interacting and bringing back vast knowledge of other alien races. Saiyans can get sick if it is something severe and new to their immune system. I mean Mirari timeline Goku died from that heart virus. So Batman can cook up a few things like a similar compound of Scarecrows fear toxin or with a virus that was capable of killling other super aliens.
I'm not saying that Batman well beat Vegeta, I'm justtying to stand for Bats.

Batman has a suit called the Hell-Bat suit, which allowed him to battle against the likes of Darkseid, who in New 52, is confirmed to be a universe buster. He has been destroying universes (consuming them), and became such a big threat, another universe-buster, the Anti-Monitor, saw him as a threat.

I am aware, however, Toroyama has been known for having a very bad memory and tends to forget feats of certain characters. Such as in Revival of F, where SsjGod Ssj (stupid name), getting harmed my a simple ray gun.

Toriyama showed the movie in which that happened, which is natural because if any character letting his or her guard down no matter how strong they are tend to lose to even simple attacks. Like how Superman lost to a citybuster, how Galactus dying because of a meteor, and many more stuff.

DC comics is greatly inconsistent. Furthermore, people tend to forget, that while Goku has super forms, so does Superman.
Our Worlds at War event, Superman entered and exited the sun, and was so powerful he fought off a planet sized Brainiac 13 who literally had the power of the Big Bang, Imperiex Prime. Literally, he could have destroyed the entire universe if Superman did destroy the Warworld Brainiac 13 was in control of.

I'm well aware of Superman's Forms, but SSJGSS is a new form which puts Goku as more than a Universal Buster.
I know who Imperiex Prime is, but God of Destruction Beerus nullified his Universe Busting energy casually by just tapping his energy. He never used his full power against Goku now did he.
Freiza ' s race has survived the Impact of the sun before. Just look at Cooler, Freiza ' s older brother who not only Survived SSJ Goku's Large Planet Level + Kamehameha but also the Sun Itself. Even Broly.
Whis Karate Chopped Beerus like nothing. Whis was stated by Toriyama to be twice as strong as Beerus and even stronger than God Goku SSJ. Whis still hasn't shown his full power.

Wow. This is beautiful. Batman never really beats anyone. He don't believe in killing and won't use a gun. It's amazing that he lasted as long as he have in a world filled of guns. Yes Vegeta gets his but kicked but between the butt kicking he sometime manages to save someone from being killed mainly Goku or he helps out. There were so many times Goku would of been dead if Vegeta didn't jump in.
