I found this song a few weeks ago when I was in a bad phase mentally, and upon the first time listening to it, it touched me so deeply that it made me cry. I love how the song turns around in the end, turning the negative emotions into positive ones by taking responsibility for your happiness and being kind to yourself. Fortunately I am feeling better now. ^^
