I've made this tutorial because I can remember wanting to know how to digitally paint without lines and stuff but not being able to find a tutorial for it. I probably didn't look properly
but I made this because I finally figured out a way to do it. I'm not that great at tutorials or this style, I blab too much but if anything I hope its an interesting step-by-step guide to how I made this picture

Quick Question....What does "Duplicate Layer" do? and another one...I have to use "wet edges" to let the lines show through, because If I use it another way, then it'll just go over the lines.

This is a pretty good tuturoial. The hardest part about this kind of thing isn't knowing how as much as just having the talent to do it. You are a very talented artist, so this is a little easier for you than some, lol. If you really do like digital painting that much, I recommend getting Corel Painter. It has an absolutely fantastic array of natural media brushes and settings, and I am very fond of it.
