ANY Adobe Products: Please get disks without Adobe Creative Cloud - CC will charge you "rental fees" even if you pay $200 for the program. It will charge you continuously, and it's basically a way for them to earn more money. It's a rip-off.
If you can't get it without CC, get either Pencil or Toon Boom Studios - they're both just as good.
