XD Omgosh, I kinda did think I was alone in that...

I used to get nervous drawing them too. They'd be all there and then you have to figure out whether the picture will be mature or not. XD So much emphasis is put on the little milk leakers, its ridiculous! But oh well... They are what they are, where they are...

I just can help feeling like I drew hers weird... Which I kinda did... or maybe it was because I forgot to shade them. <__<

And oh dear god, somebody shoot me because I almost said I forgot to shave the nipple.. That's just horrible, shaving your nipple off! DX

lol it wasn't really the mature tag that bothered me, it was more of the 'young girl drawing naked women are they gonna think I am a pervert oh dear what do'. Not to mention I haven't exactly seen a whole lotta nipples in my life, so i'm super worried i'm going to accidentally give 'em huge nipples or something >.>
I think it might be because of the angle, her left nipple isn't quite in the right spot or something, it should be more on the top?

D: Now from reading the word 'nipple' in my head so much it sounds funny and I can't stop laughing.

And huge nipples wouldn't be too bad. Plenty of women have huge nipples. Try some life drawing and anatomy books if you wanna try to get reference? Umm...

Maybe I did draw them in the wrong places... Although I was trying not to stick them dead in the middle cause no female nipple works like that.. ;3; Stupid anatomy book enlightening and confusing me...

I think I just basically made them bigger than I meant to... I don't think I spent too much time wondering what Jamina's nipples would look like. :/ Although I somehow instinctively knew how she'd manage other places..

Oh, to be an artist... What shall we do with ourselves?

Anatomy is annoying to get right. Especially when you know something is wrong but you can't figure out what. And if you screw it up people will notice because they see other people all the time

inorite...a lot of people say that you should be able to tell the difference between your OC's bodies if they didn't have heads or any of their distinguishing features (tattoos, birthmarks, piercings, scars etc), it makes me nervous when I have to think about what makes them different from each other like that.

Oh I can still tell apart my characters without the obvious distinguishing features. I'm very detailed about my females, even though I have no clue what to do about those poor guys.. ;3; I'd been looking into things here and there to start defining them better, but there's still lots and lots to learn! Like how I realized that a man's shoulders stop OUTSIDE of their hips, rather than a females, who are usually in line with the hips... I made like, a couple a guy friends I have just stand up and practically strip (just a jacket really, though one wanted to lose his shirt ><) so I could really tell... It was interesting to realize that...

But yeah. My guys blur together sadly (working on it!) but my females... I know what their clothing sizes would be down to their underware and whether their true sizes show or not (like between the characters Jamina and Raven, a running joke seemed to be that Jamina was more endowed than Raven. But Jamina wears a lot of push-up stuff and flaunts her body a bit more. She's a C (not telling the #), as opposed to Raven who is more conservative (to a point) and is really a D. No need for her to lift that up too much. ;3; That and her hips are a bit wider than Jamina's but once again, she doesn't wear as much skin type stuff. Jamina is taller than Raven though (5'11 to 5'0 actually) so sometimes people see things differently. It's always been there in my head, so I've been working on showing it so people can realize it too.... Then again, you kinda see Raven growing up and Jamina is a bit more settled into her body puberty wise... By the time that stuff becomes obvious, Raven's all grown up. XD

And then when I go into the details of random characters, I angst sometimes when I realize that I've drawn something too big or too small on a girl...

I seriously MUST put more detail into my men. They're so unloved.. But I don't have that kind of information readily available to me... It's not like I walk around in men's clothes, shoes, underwear, with a man's hair, and muscles, and stuff flopping around, and whatnot. ;3;

*sigh* Guess I should find a few fashion books at school on men. :<

maybe you feel like you drew them weird because there's no areola? and OH GOD XD shaved nipples,sounds paaaaaaaaaainful and wrong lol tis a pretty picture though.

Hmm... There kinda is, kinda isn't... I just kinda drew a ovalish shape, and the little protrusion for the actual nipple part disappeared into the lines. X<
Probably shoulda shaded that...

I'm just glad I was able to scan it before it got SUPER SMUDGED!! It was fresh and I barely bothered the book until I got home to make sure it didn't smudge everywhere..
